- Package your film carefullyKeep film in its original sleeves or canisters. Use a rigid padded envelope or small box — never fold or compress film strips. Include a note with your name, email, format, and scanning instructions.
- Ship with trackingAlways use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We recommend CTT Expresso, DHL or FedEx.
- We scan and deliverFiles are uploaded to a personal Dropbox link. Your originals are returned by post — return shipping cost is added to the invoice.
